Who we are
WareCare Health Insurance Group, LLC (“WareCare,” “we,” “us”) is an independent insurance agency owned by Lakila Ware, a licensed insurance agent. This policy covers warecarehealth.com. For privacy questions or requests, call 334-734-4141 or email Lakila.
What you give us
When you request a time, the form asks for your name, a phone number, an email address, or both, how and when you would like us to reach you, what your request is about, and, if you choose, your ZIP code and a short note. That is all. The form does not ask for health information, Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, or income, and we ask you not to include them in the note.
What is collected automatically
- Hosting and security. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site, keep it secure, and block automated abuse. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots.
- Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
- No advertising trackers. We do not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or session recording. The public site sets no cookies. The private admin uses one sign-in cookie, for WareCare only.
- On your own device. The site may remember small things on your device, such as a page you have already seen today. The Medicare window finder works entirely on your device; the date of birth you enter is never sent to us.
Why we use it
We use what you send to respond to your request and to help you with your coverage. We use technical information to run and protect the site, and counts of visits to understand which pages help people.
Who sees it
Lakila Ware sees your request. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, database, and security), Resend (sending the email alert to Lakila and your confirmation email), and Google Workspace (where WareCare’s email is hosted). If you choose to enroll, we share the information needed for your application with the insurance company or the official Marketplace or Medicare application, at your direction. We do not sell your information or share it for targeted advertising.
How we contact you
We contact you only about your request, the way you chose: a call, a text, or an email. We do not add you to marketing lists. If you asked for a call or text, it comes from Lakila. Reply or tell us at any time if you would like us to stop.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to help you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. When Lakila clears a request in her records, it is deleted for good after 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Call 334-734-4141 or email Lakila. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you before we share or delete anything.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Requests are stored in a private database that only WareCare’s owner can open, behind a password and sign-in limits. No system is perfectly secure, so please never send sensitive details through the website.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us about coverage for a child, such as ALL Kids.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
